Ronald Lowe

Ronald Lowe began his law enforcement career in 1987 with the New York City Police Department. There he distinguished himself as a tenacious investigator and was promoted to Detective in 1991 and subsequently to Second-Grade Detective. Mr. Lowe was the recipient of the New York City Police Department’s Medal of Valor for acts of outstanding personal bravery during the rescue and recovery efforts resulting from the terrorist attack on the United States on September 11, 2001.

Bio

Mr. Lowe retired as a Second-Grade Detective from the New York City Police Department’s Intelligence Division in 2007. In that role, Mr. Lowe had worked on several highly sensitive assignments developing intelligence critical to the safety and protection of New York City. During his career, Ronald held a Top Secret/SCI clearance and was frequently assigned to projects with the FBI Joint Terrorist Task Force and the JTTF’s NYC Fusion Center.

Mr. Lowe possesses a broad investigative background and extensive training that encompasses all areas of criminal investigation, interviewing of suspects and witnesses, physical and electronic surveillance methods, intelligence gathering, and extensive report writing. He brings to the firm his intensive formal training with the New York City Police Department, New York State Criminal Justice Bureau, MAGLOCLEN, United States Department of Justice, Bureau of Justice Assistance, State and Local Anti-Terrorism Training (SLATT) Program, U.S. National Drug Intelligence Center (NDIC), Office of National Drug Control Policy (ONDCP) and the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Prior to coming to JCI, Mr. Lowe ran the daily investigative operations for a prominent New York based investigations and security firm for six years. Now in his capacity as the Vice President of Investigations at JCI, Mr. Lowe supervises and manages a wide variety of assignments ranging from background investigations, corporate risk mitigation, investigative due diligence, trademark counterfeiting concerns, as well as civil, criminal, and matrimonial matters.

Mr. Lowe supervises all investigative matters nationally and internationally and is JCI’s point of contact with our strategic partners worldwide. He develops investigative plans and strategies and directs operational initiatives that produce positive results for JCI’s clients.

Mr. Lowe is a graduate of Pace University and received a Bachelors in Criminal Justice in 1981.
